Our aim is to make any returns as simple as possible. By following the guidance below, you can help us to quickly process the return of your product.
Please note that all products should be unused, in a saleable condition, and if possible with their original packaging.
Returning unwanted products
Under our 30 Day Return Guarantee you can cancel your order within 30 days of purchase. We will offer an exchange or credit on products returned.

Returning faulty products
Under our 30 Day Return Guarantee, faulty products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Once we have received the product back into our warehouse it will be assessed
If we find that it is a faulty product we will;
- Offer a repair
- Replace the item
- Or supply you with a credit note
Should we discover that the fault is down to misuse, general wear & tear or the item is deemed to be outside its guarantee we will
- Inform you of the outcome of our investigation
- Offer to return the product back to you
- If possible offer a repair service (this would be chargeable)
- Or dispose of the product for you if it is no longer wanted.

Please note that if you purchased the item more than 30 days ago, we are unable to accept this to be returned.
Returning made to measure / personalised products
Certain products are excluded from the guarantee. These include products made to measure & products with personalisation (embroidery/logos). For further clarification on these, please contact customer support on 01692 400300
Please ensure all returns are clearly marked for the attention of the Returns Department and include reference to your Returns Note Number (RMA)
